The Management of SG IMPIANTI di Signorino Giuseppe for the work-life balance has adopted measures, such as smart working, flexible hours, etc., to guarantee work-life balance to all personnel and in this regard: • promotes flexibility to allow part-time work to those who request it; • offers time flexibility, communicating its own simple and accessible rules and procedures for using them; • carries out a periodic review of any requests for the flexibility needs of its employees/collaborators; • offers the possibility of smart working/teleworking or other forms of flexible work, and flexible working hours to anyone who requests it; • ensures that work meetings are held at times compatible with the reconciliation of family and personal life and that they do not interfere with it; The Management of SG IMPIANTI di Signorino Giuseppe has set up a monitoring system of its indicators (KPI), established in the programmatic document called "Gender Equality Plan", to ensure that gender equality is managed appropriately. This document is periodically updated and shared with the Steering Committee.
